Term Of service

GENERAL
- You can DM me on Instagram, X and Facebook.
- Please provide clear instructions and references.
- I have the right to decline a commission if I am not comfortable with the request.
- Estimated turnaround time is 1-3 weeks depending on complexity and queue.
PAYMENT
- Work will proceed to the coloring stage only after full payment is received
- Payment via Paypal
- Refund Policy: 100% refund if work hasn't started. 50% refund at the sketch stage. No refunds once the coloring process has begun.
REVISIONS
- 3x Minor Revisions are allowed (mostly during the sketch phase).
- Major revisions after the final piece is finished (e.g., changing the pose) will incur an additional fee.
USAGE & COPYRIGHT
- Personal Use Only: (Profile photos, wallpaper,gifts, personal collection).
- I (The Artist) retain the right to use the artwork for my portfolio and social media.
- Commercial Use: Please discuss with me first. Additional fees apply (x2 from the base price).
- Strictly prohibited for use in AI training or NFT-related projects.
- Please credit me as the artist when posting the artwork
